About us

We’re a small, fast-moving group of ventures led by an experienced industrial construction consultant and entrepreneur — spanning construction consulting, software products, innovative new industrial equipment, and electric motorsports. We’re building something real, and we’re looking for the right person to build it with us.

The opportunity

This role works directly with the founder across every part of the business. It’s built for someone who wants more than a job: real responsibility from day one, mentorship, and a path to share in what you help create.

What you’ll do

• Support industrial construction consulting work: scheduling, invoicing, reports, document control, and client/vendor coordination
• Contribute to software product development: testing, feedback, content, and launch planning
• Work with outside development partners on new technology products
• Take on research, outreach, and project coordination for new ventures
• Use AI and modern software tools daily to work efficiently

What we’re looking for

• Follow-through. You do what you say you’ll do, on time, every time. This matters more than anything else on this list.
• Self-motivation. You don’t wait to be told; you see what needs doing and own it.
• Resourcefulness. When something is new, you figure it out.
• Strong organization and clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities at once
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Experience we’d like to hear about

Tell us about your background in any of these: AI tools, software/tech, construction or industrial work, invoicing/bookkeeping, business administration, or marketing. None is required — we’ll train the right candidate. Motivation and work ethic matter most.

What we offer

• Up to $25/hr, full-time, based on experience
• Flexible hours with a mix of remote and in-person work
• Performance bonuses tied to company milestones
• Eligibility for equity participation in selected ventures, subject to plan terms and vesting

Your first 30 days

You’ll learn how we work and we’ll make sure it’s the right fit both ways. You’ll start supporting the consulting side and software product development, then expand into our other technology products as trust and responsibility build.
